Q. How long before I receive my order?

A. Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days and then is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will get at least two e-mails from us. The first merely confirms that we received your order (despite the fact that our e-commerce site says the order has been shipped). Later, you will receive at least two more e-mails. These later e-mails are received when we process your card right before we ship your order. You will also receive at least one e-mail with your tracking number. You should receive your order with in 2-5 business days from the time it was placed, however we have noticed that the USPS has been taking up to 10 days to deliver Priority Mail.

Q. What is your order policy?

A. We will only ship to the billing address on the credit/debit card, and only if the address passed the Address Verification System check.  If your card issuer will not verify the address, we cannot ship your order. Sorry, but the amount of fraud we have suffered from orders shipped to an address other than the billing address have jumped significantly in the last year.

Q. What is your return or exchange policy?

A. Any item can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the time you received your item. Return your item(s) to us with the package receipt that was sent to you with instructions to process your exchange or return. Your item(s) must be unused and in a saleable condition.

Q. What if I placed an order, received a USPS tracking confirmation number, but did not get my order?

A. Premier Fighter cannot guarantee the USPS will deliver your order without fail. Although we have never had a confirmed problem where an order was not delivered, the customer accepts the risk that the USPS will fail to deliver. If the customer does not want to accept this risk, please e-mail us at info@premierfighter.com or call us at 888-51-FIGHT! (888-513-4448) between 9-5 CST to discuss shipping options.

Q. I absolutely have to have my order by December 23, 2010. When do I have to place my order by?
 
A. If you want to be absolutely safe you should place your order by December 10, 2008. If you trust the USPS, you can place your order as late as noon on December 11, 2010. The cutoff for international shipments is also December 11, 2010. Please keep in mind that: (1) we will continue to ship after these dates, but your chances of getting your order before Christmas decreases significantly, and (2) Premier Fighter does not guarantee the USPS will timely deliver your item.
